The main principle of training is to shape strength endurance, speed and coordination using many martial arts techniques, kickboxing, boxing and karate. The basis of this program is TECHNIQUE. Only the correct execution of punches and kicks protects against the risk of overload and injury. A series of individual techniques are combined into combinations of punches and kicks to fake a fight. The greatest number of muscles is involved. The pace of performed exercises, as well as the need for strong muscle tension are the basis for high intensity of classes.
